Book review: How not to Worry

Taking a break from reviewing some of the heavier coaching books, to review 'How not to Worry' by Paul McGee.

Key points are that worry affects us all but it's the degree to which we succumb to our worries is important. This book gives us some understanding about why we worry and how we can reduce our anxiety levels with everyday activities.
