Client feedback to share on executive coaching benefits

I don't often share client feedback - maybe I should more - so here's some from a session today:

Had a really good sessions with my client today, who is a senior exec in Northern ireland, and as it was the last of our current series of four coaching sessions, I sought some feedback from him.
He said that our conversations had been very helpful and had contributed a lot to his thinking for himself, his transtion as a leader, and for his top team.

He found that talking through some of his key issues "immensely beneficial" and was pleased to get some independent ideas to try out. He's already innovated some of these ideas like creating a 'Leadership Forum' to bring the top 50 talented people through the organisation, and to broaden the contribution from his top team by allocating a range of non-standard projects that wouldn't normally fit within their primary job disciplines.

I love to hear positive feedback like that from my clients because it endorses my coaching approach, which is to stimulate their thinking and to empower them to try out concepts and approaches that they might not normally have come across. Btw he has re-contracted for another series of coaching sessions, which is great!
